  4. Go to x64w.rpf\dlcpacks\mplts\dlc.rpf\common\data

  5. Replace handling.meta

  6. Go to update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mplts\common\data\levels\gta5

  7. Replace vehicles.meta

  8. Go to update\update.rpf\common\data and extract dlclist.xml

  9. modify dlclist.xml
