  4. Go to update\x64\dlcpacks\mpapartment\dlc.rpf\common\data

  5. Replace handling.meta (You must install handling.meta!)

  6. Go to update\update.rpf\common\data and extract dlclist.xml

  7. modify dlclist.xml
